How to start...

In order for health and wellness to take place, dietary changes need to take place.  Processed foods, sugar and toxins need to be eliminated.  As the body goes through this process, a detox is likely, stomach acid will begin to reproduce, inflammation will be tamed and the body will begin to heal. It is often easiest if you quit sugar cold turkey.  When shopping the stores, only shop the outer aisles, meats and veggies, AVOID BOXES!!!
